1 Ounce of Dried Shiitake Mushrooms(equal to roughly 1/2 lb fresh)

With its large, firm cap, meaty texture and earthy flavor, the shiitake is one of the most popular and versatile mushrooms.

Grown in our woods from logs we have inoculated. We naturally fruit (not force fruited), which means the fruiting bodies (what we know as mushrooms) appear when the temperature and moisture levels are just right.
