1 Quart Okra (Green)

We like to cook ours in the the oven on high heat. We split them down the middle length wise, lightly oil, salt and pepper them, and place them cut side down on a baking sheet. Then put them in the oven at 425F until they just start to get crispy, just like a brussel sprout.
