This Golden Milk blend is an act of love from farm to cup. We grow, harvest, dehydrate and grind the turmeric into powder before making this delicious blend. Golden Milk is a hot drink that has been a part of Indian culture for centuries. It is a health drink that is linked to being anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and boosts other beneficial properties. Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder (without Guar Gum)*, Turmeric Powder**, Ginger Powder*, Cinnamon Powder*, Nutmeg*, Black Pepper*

Instructions: Mix 3 Tablespoons of Golden Milk in 8-10 ounces of hot water. Add sweetener of choice. We use approximately 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Palm Sugar, Maple Syrup or Honey.
