Ingredients:
Plain Sourdough: Organic Einkorn Flour, Water, Sea Salt, Organic Powdered Ginger.
Rosemary Loaf: Organic Einkorn Flour, Water, fresh cut Piedmont Rosemary, Sea Salt, Organic Powdered Ginger.
Cinnamon Raisin Loaf: Organic Einkorn Flour, Water, Organic Raisins, Organic Cinnamon, Sea Salt, Organic Powdered Ginger. No Sugar Added.
Rye Loaf: Organic Organic Einkorn Flour, Organic Rye Flour, Water, Organic Caraway Seeds, Sea Salt, Organic Powdered Ginger.
Cranberry Walnut Loaf: Organic Einkorn Flour, Water, Organic Cranberries (sweetened with apple juice), Organic Walnuts, Sea Salt, Organic Powdered Ginger. No Sugar Added.
Naturally fermented sourdough starter. Our artisan loaves are created using our house sourdough starter in place of yeast. Started right here on the homestead with the same organic einkorn flour. It was started in 2019 and has developed a really nice flavor to the breads we bake with it.
A small amount of powdered ginger is added to help the bread rise but it does not add flavor to the bread.

Description
Einkorn wheat is the original wheat (you could say it is the ultimate non-GMO plant), it has a weak gluten structure and as a result is more digestible (more nutritious) by our bodies. Einkorn is not gluten free, however it is an ancient wheat from before wheat became hybridized. Conventional wheat has greater than 42 chromosomes compared to Einkorn’s 14 chromosomes. This increase in chromosomes also increased the complexity of the wheat and making the wheat harder to digest in humans. Einkorn wheat also has 2-3 times the nutrients that conventional wheat has.
Combine all that and you are getting a more digestible, more nutritious wheat.
